The Cheri hike is an uphill climb towards the Cheri Monastery. Zhabdrung retreated here for 3 years and his final days were also spent here.

This ancient trail was once only used by yak herders and cordeycep collectors of Bumthang’s highlands.

This four day trek takes you along pine and rhododendron forests, lakes and alpine meadows above Thimphu and Paro.
