Tshering Farm House is located in Dopshari, a few minutes away from the bridge near Paro town as you make your way to the Paro museum. The traditional house is almost a century old and has the most impressive altar room maintained with mural and wooden pillar work from the old structure. Although the family doesn’t use heaters in all bedrooms, the rooms are surprisingly very warm as the house gets ample morning and evening sunlight. Tshering Farm house is also very famous for their traditional meals often served in the family dining room where guests experience authentic eating experience by sitting on their polished wooden floors surrounded by the family’s heirloom.
